Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened Gundam model kits or tools to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original, factory-sealed boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our hobby experts verify the items are in mint condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
