Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened model kits?
We accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed kits within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the hobby, we cannot accept returns once the plastic runners have been removed from their original packaging.
Do you ship paints and hazardous materials internationally?
Certain paints and aerosols are restricted to ground shipping within the continental US due to safety regulations. We currently cannot ship these specific items internationally.
What should I do if my kit is missing a part or a runner?
If you discover a manufacturing defect or a missing part, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the instruction manual identifying the missing piece so we can assist with a replacement.
